Granting and servicing a long-term loan to finance the planned budget deficit of the Jodłownik Commune in 2023 and to repay previously taken loans and credits
1. The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan to finance the planned budget deficit of the Jodłownik Commune in 2023 and to repay previously taken loans and credits.
2. The loan in the amount of PLN 9,940,000.00 will be released in four tranches:
- planned date of launching the first tranche - 30.06.2023, amount - PLN 2,000,000.00,
- planned date of launching the second tranche - 31.08.2023, amount - PLN 2,000,000.00,
- planned date of launching the third tranche - 31.10.2023, amount - PLN 2,000,000.00,
- planned date of launching the fourth tranche - 25.12.2023, amount - PLN 3,940,000.00.
2.1. The repayment period is planned for the years 2024-2038, including:
- 2024 year - the amount of PLN 10,000.00
- 2025 year - the amount of PLN 10,000.00
- 2026 year - the amount of PLN 10,000.00
- 2027 year - the amount of PLN 10,000.00
- 2028 year - the amount of PLN 200,000.00
- 2029 year - the amount of PLN 200,000.00
- 2030 year - the amount of PLN 200,000.00
- 2031 year - the amount of PLN 200,000.00
- 2032 year - the amount of PLN 200,000.00
- 2033 year - the amount of PLN 425,000.00
- 2034 year - the amount of PLN 425,000.00
- 2035 year - the amount of PLN 425,000.00
- 2036 year - the amount of PLN 425,000.00
- 2037 year - the amount of PLN 3,600,000.00
- 2038 year - the amount of PLN 3,600,000.00
2.2. Repayment of capital in the years 2024-2027 one-off at the end of January.
2.3. Repayment of capital in the years 2028-2038 at the end of each month.
2.4. Interest payment at the end of each month throughout the loan period.
2.5. The legal collateral for the planned loan is a blank promissory note.

4. EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT – if it results from art.22 §1 of the Labor Code.
4.1. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL, the contracting authority requires the contractor to employ persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract on the basis of an employment contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (consolidated text:D z.U.z 2019r. poz.1040 z późn. Deaths).
4.2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ persons under an employment contract to perform supervision and service activities for the loan in question for the duration of the contract.
