Structural engineering in accordance with § 51 HOAI Lph 1-6 and consulting services on thermal building physics in accordance with Annex 1.2 HOAI

The Walther-Lehmkuhl-Schule (WLS) is the regional vocational training centre of the city of Neumünster (AöR) for trade and technology. The existing vehicle technology building is in need of renovation. The new space program cannot be fully accommodated in the existing building. It is planned to realize a completely new building with subsequent demolition of the existing building or a partial new building with subsequent renovation of the existing building. In the course of service phases 1 and 2, these alternatives must be examined and evaluated. The space program of the vehicle technology comprises a required total usable area of approx. 1,290 m².

For the construction of the new building, the costs of the cost groups 200-700 were estimated at € 7.5 million gross.

For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition that cover the scope of services for structural engineering in accordance with § 51 HOAI and consulting services on thermal building physics in accordance with Annex 1.2 HOAI, and have implemented similar measures in the past. In the structural engineering service profile, work phases 1-6 are to be worked on. The assignment will take place in stages. The client reserves the right to award only part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
