Comprehensive supply of electricity for the needs of the Bydgoszcz University of Technology in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.

The subject of this contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity including the sale and provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of the Jan and Jędrzej Śniadecki University of Technology in Bydgoszcz, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended). The total estimated electricity consumption in the contract period, i.e. from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 to 30 PPE, is 4 843.691 MWh. The material scope of the subject of the contract covered by this procedure is determined by a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ) and the draft provisions of the contract (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ) together with Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (list of facilities of the Contracting Authority covered by the contract) constituting an integral part of this SWZ. The actual demand for electricity will depend only on the actual needs

Contracting authority. Any change in the amount of electricity purchased will not result in additional costs being charged to the Ordering Party.
