The client intends to award the maintenance, basic and glass cleaning for the aforementioned schools individually, starting from 01.08.2023 to 31.07.2027. Bidders may not receive any, one, several or all contracts.

The content of this tender is the maintenance, basic and glass cleaning in the Hoyerswerda secondary school. The requirements for the services to be provided result from the service description, Appendix 1 of the service description as well as the list of areas and services.

Basic and glass cleaning in the school building once a year

Maintenance cleaning: approx. 4,900 m² daily (except holiday period);

Basic cleaning: once a year approx. 5,650 m²;

Glass cleaning: once a year approx. 3,800 m²
