5.1. The subject of this contract is the supply and installation of complementary modules for Simbionix/Surgical Science virtual simulators – equipped with CSE, for the needs of the project entitled: "Development of specialist education of doctors in areas important from the point of view of epidemiological and demographic needs of the country, using endoscopic simulation techniques", co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund under the Programme Operational Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020
5.2. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Endoscopic Simulation Center in Warsaw.
5.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the requirements of the Ordering Party, constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ.
5.4. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract amounting to min. 12 months under conditions consistent with those set out in the draft contract.

5.4. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract amounting to min. 12 months under conditions consistent with those set out in the draft contract.
5.5. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract.
5.6. If the description of the subject of the contract indicates any trademark, patent or origin, source or specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific contractor, which could lead to the preference or elimination of certain contractors or products – it should be assumed that in accordance with Article 99(5) of the Public Procurement Law, the indicated trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process, which characterizes products or services provided by a specific contractor, are justified by the specificity of the contract, due to the inability to describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable way. In the case of describing the subject of the contract in the manner indicated in the previous sentence, the description of the subject of the contract each time indicates the criteria used to assess equivalence.
5.7. If references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications or technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Law are used in the description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described, which means that it should be assumed that such references are always accompanied by the words "or equivalent".
5.8. The Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting entity shall be obliged to demonstrate that the subject of the contract offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting entity. In order to demonstrate compliance with these requirements, the contractor may, in particular, present the manufacturer's specification confirming the parameters of the offered product in Polish or English – printouts from the manufacturer's websites are allowed.
