Conclusion of a framework contract for the implementation of building cleaning (room cleaning, basic cleaning, other cleaning) in the Bundeswehr property:

The service is provided in the buildings according to the room directory.

In the medical care center, including the dental group, preparations for surface disinfection according to the VAH list of surface disinfection must be used.

*

Cleaning of 22 urinal screens in buildings 91 and 106 once a week, and cleaning of 7 urinal screens in buildings 6 and 8 twice a month. Before the start of the work, the instruction is carried out by a craftsman of the technical operating service.

The garbage collection house must be disinfected per cleaning day. The scope of services includes the clearance of the food waste house, the sprucing, the spraying as well as the removal of all surfaces with rubber squeegee and verification. It is possible that daily cleaning must be done in the warm season. This is determined by the property management, and billing is based on actual expenditure within the framework of the agreed mixed price of maintenance cleaning.

The dispenser systems are equipped by the contractor, the supply of consumables by the client.

Garbage is separated according to fractions and disposed of in the waste collection points according to the plant. For a list of separation tanks, see Appendix.

On-site inspection is recommended due to the special circumstances, there is no obligation to visit.

Subsequent demands are not taken into account.

The client reserves the right to have a test cleaning carried out in order to check the service approach offered.

Do not enter prices in the bill of quantities. Prices and further information are to be entered in the price sheet (the expected cleaning area in m² per year can be found in the room directory (header), filter functions can be used > remove leaf protection!)

The service is provided in the buildings 1x annually according to the window directory, necessary use of lifting platforms for individual buildings, as heights of 4 meters are exceeded.

Note:

Some windows cannot be opened, but double-sided window cleaning is required.

Window cleaning includes all glass and frame surfaces, including rebates and fittings.

Guide value:

Annual cleaning area: 6033 m²

In general, every user of the building in the property may have to ensure access to the premises by appointment. This can cause additional time for the contractor.

On-site inspection is recommended due to the circumstances, there is no obligation to visit. Subsequent claims will not be taken into account.
