The Studentenwerk Potsdam is planning to build a new student residence in 15745 Wildau, Hochschulring 17,19. The planned student dormitory contains 117 dormitory places with a total of 78 residential units (3 apartment types), which were developed according to the requirements of the student union.

39 single apartments and 39 2-person shared apartments will be built.

- 1 pc surface-mounted mailbox system 119 compartments.
