The Ile d'Arz is a commune in the Gulf of Morbihan Vannes Agglomeration (G.M.V.A.) with 227 permanent inhabitants (sources INSEE 2019) spread over 3.5 km².

G.M.V.A. Designed a land public transport line within the island (line 30 of the Kicéo network) operated with a minibus (+ another reserve).

The purpose of this contract is to have this line operated by a specialised operator from 1 April 2024.
