The work involves:

- demolition of a wing of the existing De Vliermeent school building,

- new construction of teaching space the size of approximately 8 classrooms,

- construction of a gym with annexes,

- new construction of a club building, with washing and changing rooms for the Korfball club HKV Achilles,

- renovation and adaptation of the remaining school building,

- renovation of the existing official residence.

In terms of the size of the investment amounts for the two parts new construction and renovation / adjustment, we currently assume approximately 65% for the new construction part and 35% for the renovation / adjustment part. Based on the management budget and the available budget, the total work has been calculated at approximately EUR 5 400 000.00 ex. VAT.
