The subject of the contract is the development of multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation together with
obtaining a building permit and performing author's supervision in construction works, for
the planned investment, consisting in the construction of a multi-family residential building, with services on the ground floor,
with the necessary technical infrastructure, entry and land development on Dz. No. 12/7 in obr. 4-18-11
at Jagiellońska Street in the Praga Północ district m.st Warsaw.

The scope of the task also includes obtaining all required conditions, decisions, consents, permits,
arrangements, provisions, opinions and performing author's supervision during the construction period.

The model contract is set out in Annex No 7 to the PSC.
However, the contracting authority reserves that due to the procedure conducted (competitive dialogue)

During the dialogue, the Contracting Authority may discuss all the terms of the contract with the invited Contractors.
