The subject of the contract is to take out a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,856,000.00 (two million eight hundred and fifty-six thousand zlotys) in Polish currency, to finance the planned deficit of the local government unit.

The loan agreement will be drawn up by the Contractor, whose offer is considered the most advantageous, at the Contractor's expense in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and all reservations contained in the Terms of Reference – (a template of the agreement should be attached to the offer).

The loan will be disbursed in two tranches, the first tranche in the amount of PLN 1,428,000 by 11.12.2023, the second tranche in the amount of PLN 1,428,000 by 20.12.2023 at the written request of the Contracting Authority.

The credit will be transferred to the account indicated by the Ordering Party.

The loan will be repaid in equal 120 monthly installments of PLN 23,800.00 each, payable by the 20th day of each month, i.e. the first installment by 20.01.2024 and the last 120th installment by 20.12.2033.
