The City of Helsinki's Urban Environment Division is establishing a dynamic procurement system, within which competitions will be held for the procurement of property batteries and other energy storage solutions. The dynamic procurement system will be in effect until the end of 2035, unless the contracting authority shortens or extends the duration of the dynamic procurement system. During the duration of the dynamic procurement system, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate.

The dynamic procurement system is prepared to meet the procurement needs of future years, which will be implemented in sufficient quantities to achieve the goals. The purchaser is not committed to any procurement quantities.
