Luster municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the procurement of small goods vans with 4 wd for use in municipal service production, mainly home services. The contract extent is unclear, but the contracting authority expects to procure 2-5 vehicles per annum. The contract will be valid for 2 years with an option for a further 1 + 1 year.
