The Contractor must design and realize a noise barrier / screen on the, to be adapted, existing temporary wall along the A28 up to 10 meters above N.A.P. The Contractor must also design and realize a noise barrier / screen of at least 10 meters above sea level with a minimum length of 240 meters in the inner bend of the Arkemheenweg within the planning area of Doornsteeg phase 3. Sound barrier/screen must be functionally ready before delivery of the first homes in Doornsteeg phase 3. The Contractor must maintain the Work by means of maintenance work, for a period of 3 years, counting from the actual date of delivery (Multi-Year Maintenance).
