In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the action. The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended) .Specialised equipment which the Contractor plans to use for the execution of works and subject to technical supervision should be registered in the Office of Technical Surveillance and have current admission to work (UDT decisions). Sprayers that the Contractor plans to use to execute the work should have up-to-date reviews. The height of the defect on the Package is -12,000 PLN. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract up to 50% of the contract value. Period of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2022, provided that if the conclusion of the contract occurs earlier than before 1 January 2022, the commencement of the contract will take place from 1 January 2022.
