Consulting services on questions of building physics

The consulting services relate, among other things, to questions about details during planning and later during construction:

o Connections in the area of the roof

o Connections in the area of the dormers on the mansard floor

o Assessment of the climatic conditions and the ventilation and air-conditioning requirements of the future offices

o Strengthening of the ceiling in the movement room

o Strengthening of the ceiling in the district meeting place

o Determination of the U-values of existing components

o Assessment of the ventilation and air-conditioning requirements in the area of sanitary facilities at the exercise room

o Assessment of various constructions in the building with regard to cold or thermal bridges.
