The municipality of Aalten is secretary on behalf of the "8HRK ambassadors". These 8RHK ambassadors include:

- the municipalities of Aalten, Berkelland, Bronckhorst, Doetinchem, Oost Gelre, Oude IJsselstreek and Winterswijk,

- four housing corporations: Stichting Wonion, Sité Woondiensten, Pro Wonen and De Woonplaats,

- NVM brokers,

- Province of Gelderland,

- AGEM.

Tenders with a price above EUR 400,000, excluding VAT, are excluded from participation.
