1. The subject of the contract is: Caring for and treating trees - monuments of nature growing in the city of Sosnowiec. The service includes tree care - 63 items

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1A to the ToR.

3. The Employer requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 108) of persons performing activities related to tree care.

4. The term of the contract from the date of signing the contract to October 31, 2019.

5. The Contractor is obliged to submit a tender deposit in the amount of: PLN 1 600.00 (in words: PLN six thousand 00/100) before the submission deadline.

6. The contractor will be bound by the submitted offer for a period of 60 days. The offer validity period begins with the submission deadline.

7. The Awarding Entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law.

8. The Awarding Entity does not require a security on due performance of the contract.

9. The Purchaser will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation criteria:

- gross price - weight (60%) - (Kc),

- experience of the Chief Expert - weight (40%) - (Kd).
