1. The subject of this contract is the provision of cleaning and cleaning services in student dormitories of the Medical University of Warsaw, cleaning of external areas around the facilities, their snow removal and maintenance of green areas at the facilities, under the conditions specified in the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
2. The cleaning and cleaning service will be performed using cleaning products and technical equipment of the Contractor, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ

2) Student House No. 2 - 84 Karolkowa Street,
3) Student House No. 2 BIS - 84 Karolkowa Street.
1. 2. The cleaning and cleaning service will be performed using cleaning products and technical equipment of the Contractor, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ
Place of supply:
1) Student House No. 1 - 9 Batalionu Fist Street,
2) Student House No. 2 - 84 Karolkowa Street,
3) Student House No. 2 BIS - 84 Karolkowa Street.
3. Cleaning services will be provided throughout the duration of the contract 5 days a week, i.e. from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays, public holidays): in Student House No. 1 from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by at least 3 people, in Student House No. 2 and 2 BIS from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by at least 6 people.
4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to use the subject of the contract in terms of quantity or value, however, not exceeding 30% of the remuneration specified in the Contractor's offer selected in these proceedings.
5. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires that cleaning services be provided by persons employed on the basis of an employment relationship, in total not less than 9 FTEs. The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to use persons other than those employed on the basis of the above employment relationship during the performance of the contract, however, these persons will be employed to provide replacement during the holiday period, sick leave or in other random cases.
6. Before concluding the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to conclude at its own expense a contract or subsequent insurance contracts, establishing insurance protection against civil liability of the Contractor and all subcontractors, during the term of the contract, covering any damage that may be caused to the Ordering Party or third parties in connection with the implementation of the provisions of this contract, in the amount not less than PLN 800,000.00 (in words: eight hundred thousand zlotys) for one and all events covered by the OC agreement.
7. Due to the specificity of the subject of the contract, pursuant to Article 131(2) of the Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of a site inspection at the place of provision of services after notification of such a demand. The application for the on-site inspection should be submitted no later than 07.09.2023, on the platform. At the same time, the contracting authority informs that the on-site inspection is not mandatory. In the light of the above, the offer of the Contractor who will not participate in the on-site inspection will not be subject to rejection, based on Article 226 paragraph 1 point 18 of the Act.
