South Karelia Joint Authority for Education / Saimaa Vocational College Sampo requests a tender for the following procurement:
Excavators (2 pcs) for teaching use with financial leasing and rental for construction machine operator training in Lappeenranta
The procurement will be carried out as follows:
Subdivision 1. Excavator for construction machine operator training with financial leasing
RAHOITUSLEASINGSOPIMUS:
- 60-month contract
- 1st leg 15%
- residual value 35 %
- equal instalments throughout the contract (tranches 2 to 60),
- Estimated start date of leasing contract from 1.10.2023
Technical requirements:
- Työpaino: 16-18t
- Stage 5
- Model year 2020 or later
- Maximum number of driving hours 2000 h
- Insurance is the responsibility of the customer of the machine
- Warranty period maintenance is included in the contract (daily maintenance at the educational institution)
Subdivision 2. Excavator for construction machine operator training by hiring
LEASE:
- The excavator will be rented for teaching use for the duration of semesters from 1.10.2023 to 30.4.2028
- the annual rental period is between 1.9 and 30.4 (with the exception of 2023, when the rental period starts on 1.10)
- total number of rental months, 39 months
- Duration of the lease period 5 lease periods (2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 and 2027-2028)
- the rental price must include scheduled maintenance of the machine and supplies covered by warranty
and spare parts
- the owner of the machine is responsible for insuring the excavator;
Price:
- price € / month, VAT 0 %
- the price must be fixed throughout the contract (39 months)

- Model year 2020 or later
- Maximum number of driving hours 1000 h

The excavators offered meet the occupational and operational safety requirements in force in Finland.
Excavators are delivered with user training. The training shall be arranged at the Client's premises at a time approved by the Client so that the Supplier trains the Client's personnel.
Partial bids have been accepted.
If the procurement exceeds the budgeted appropriation, the procurement may not be carried out or its content may have to be changed (+/-).
Excavator for construction machine operator training with financial leasingThe object of the invitation to tender is the delivery of an excavator for construction machine operator training through financial leasing to the construction sector of Saimaa Vocational College Sampo on the terms defined in this invitation to tender.
The excavator offered must meet the occupational and operational safety requirements in force in Finland.
The excavator is delivered with user training. The training shall be arranged at the Client's premises at a time approved by the Client so that the Supplier trains the Client's personnel. The supplier produces the necessary brochure material.
The acquisition will be carried out within the framework of the appropriations. The content of the acquisition may change or the acquisition will remain unrealized.
Excavator for construction machine operator training by hiringThe object of the invitation to tender is the delivery of an excavator for construction machine operator training by leasing Saimaa Vocational College Sampo to the construction sector on the terms defined in this invitation to tender.
The excavator offered must meet the occupational and operational safety requirements in force in Finland.
The excavator is delivered with user training. The training shall be arranged at the Client's premises at a time approved by the Client so that the Supplier trains the Client's personnel. The supplier produces the necessary brochure material.
The procurement will be carried out within the limits of appropriations. The content of the procurement may change or the procurement will not be carried out.
