The object of the order is the construction of a multi-level car park with accompanying infrastructure in the “design and build” system.
The scope of the contract includes:
1) the development of the concept of parking construction,
2) preparation of design documentation and cost estimate of the construction of a multi-level car park with an estimated building area of about 4350 m2 (approx. 700 parking spaces) with accompanying infrastructure and obtaining a construction permit,
3) the implementation of construction works on the basis of documentation compiled by the Contractor, including the execution of multi-industry construction works, the execution of demolitions, the reconstruction of infrastructure and the felling of trees, the supply and installation of elements of equipment,
4) obtain an authorisation for use on behalf of the Contracting Authority and any other administrative decisions,
5) the execution of the geod. inventory and the preparation of documents for the record sheet.

2) preparation of design documentation and cost estimate of the construction of a multi-level car park with an estimated building area of about 4350 m2 (approx. 700 parking spaces) with accompanying infrastructure and obtaining a construction permit,
3) the implementation of construction works on the basis of documentation compiled by the Contractor, including the execution of multi-industry construction works, demolition works that interfere with the investment of existing cubature facilities and infrastructure reconstruction, tree felling, delivery and installation elements of equipment,
4) obtain, on behalf of the Contracting Authority and any other administrative decisions necessary for the execution of the documentation and implementation of the investment covered by the compiled documentation. In particular, the Contractor undertakes to agree on design documentation in the areas of fire protection, environmental conditions, health and safety and sanitation requirements;
5) the execution of the surveying inventory documentation and the preparation of documents for entry in the record sheet;
3. The specific scope of the contract is defined by the Functional-Utility Programme constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ and the Designed Contract provisions constituting Annex No 9 to the SWZ.
4.The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, in particular Construction Law, in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and construction art, with due diligence, good quality, conduct of works with preservation proper organization of work, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
5. Works will be carried out on the premises where the hospital's active facilities are located and should be arranged in a manner that prevents disruption of their functioning and marked accordingly.
6. The warranty and warranty period for the subject of the contract shall be a minimum of 60 months from the date of signing the final reception protocol.
