Stadtwerke Rüsselsheim GmbH plans to introduce a central document management system (DMS) for company-wide management of documents and information in several phases. In the first phase of the project, the electronic archive will be introduced with basic DMS functions, workflow and the implementation of e-mail archiving. Other already identified topics will be implemented in the next project phases. In addition, a continuous further development of the system towards company-wide DMS is being considered.
