Description:

THE PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PPM) AND EMERGENCY REPAIRS OF HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING AND CATERING GAS FOR THE WEST MIDLANDS FIRE AND RESCUE AUTHORITY

The contract is to provide an effective planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and emergency repairs of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Catering Gas for the West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority (WMFRA) for an initial period of two years plus options to extend by up to a further 2 years period with the successful Tenderer.

The Contract will be divided into the following work packages “Lots”:

(1) Heating and Hot Water

(2) Air Conditioning and Ventilation

(3) Catering Gas Appliances

Heating and Hot Water

The contract is to provide an effective planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and emergency repairs of Heating and Hot Water for the West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority (WMFRA).

Air Conditioning and Ventilation

The contract is to provide an effective planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and emergency repairs of Ventilation and Air Conditioning for the West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority (WMFRA).

Catering Gas Appliances

The contract is to provide an effective planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and emergency repairs of Catering Gas for the West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority (WMFRA).
