SOLEIL will implement a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) integrating administrative management, talent management, payroll, as well as time and activity management of Nibelis' global HRIS solution. As part of this call for tenders, SOLEIL wishes to be assisted in carrying out the deployment of this future HRIS through various support missions.
The benefits are divided into a lump sum and an estimated part. The Holder will have to assist SOLEIL for:- Firm tranche:- monitoring with indicators and steering of the various phases of implementation of the future HRIS, - control of the formalization of business needs, - the design, parameterization and integration phases of the future solution, - the preparation or recovery of data or data files to be integrated into the HRIS, - the Implementation of Marche (MOM), the Regular Service Verification (VSR), the Aptitude Check (VA), the construction of test plans and the acceptance of the delivered solution. - Optional tranches: - option 1 Payroll module: Write the payroll white paper with the insight of the payroll manager, - option 2 Change management: Advise on the communication plan for employees and group leaders throughout the project.- option 3: Extension of 6 months of assistance (renewable 1 time).
