The building industry of the Hanseatic city of Uelzen, represented by building management Uelzen/Lüchow-Dannenberg (hereinafter referred to as “GW” or “client”), has decided to build a new day care center in Uelzen as part of a total contractor assignment.
The new building includes kindergarten rooms for 3 groups and nativity rooms for 3 groups, as well as a staff area. In addition, the required functional areas for building technology must be provided.
Due to the Hanseatic City's self-image, the new construction project will aim at a sustainable, economically and ecologically sustainable and as climate-neutral as possible building that meets today's requirements for early childhood education.
In addition to the new building, the corresponding outdoor facilities, including the required parking spaces for cars and bicycles, are to be planned and implemented on the property with a plot area of 4,469 m
The services provided by the contractor include the planning services for all necessary measures, turnkey construction of the building, the creation of the outdoor facilities including the parking space, interim construction financing, and maintenance within the agreed warranty period, including setting out the technical installations. The complete documentation is to be handed over to the builder when the building is handed over.
