Comprehensive media planning, buying, and reporting services are sought for Corvinus University of Budapest's domestic and international student recruitment campaigns, focusing on engaging young prospective students through strategic multi-channel approaches.

Comprehensive provision of media planning, buying, content development, campaign optimization, and reporting services for the domestic and international student recruitment campaigns of Corvinus University of Budapest, as well as related to increasing the university's visibility. The aim of the procurement procedure is to select such service provider(s) with international and higher education experience who are capable of strategically planning complex, multi-channel media campaigns, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the content received for the campaign. Planned quantity: 15 campaigns according to the technical description and price table included in the procurement documents. The contracting authority specifically draws attention to the fact that the quantity recorded here has been calculated based on experiences from previous years, thus does not undertake obligations for executing the indicated quantity of campaigns. The total budget for the procurement procedure: net HUF 157,480,000 (Framework Amount). Calling obligation: The contracting authority undertakes obligation to exhaust the Framework Amount up to 70%, i.e., up to a net limit of HUF 110,236,000, as specified in the draft contract. Corvinus University of Budapest's target groups: The focus of the university's campaigns is on domestic and international young people (ages 16-25) who are interested in economic, business, social sciences, and international studies, and are seeking a high-quality, competitive education. Domestic target groups: - graduating high school students, - undergraduate students planning to pursue a master's degree, - graduates (e.g., those interested in an MBA), - professionals who would like to further develop their knowledge through specialized continuing education programs. International target groups: - students coming from Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, - foreign students seeking programs in English, - applicants through scholarship programs (e.g., Stipendium Hungaricum), - researchers, PhD students. The planned target countries for international recruitment campaigns are as follows: Albania (1), Azerbaijan (2), Bosnia and Herzegovina (3), Croatia (4), France (5), Germany (6), Ghana (7), Italy (8), Jordan (9), Kazakhstan (10), Kosovo (11), Montenegro (12), Nigeria (13), North Macedonia (14), Romania (15), Serbia (16), Slovakia (17), Tunisia (18), Turkey (19), Vietnam (20). Details of the service: The bidder's task is to perform high-level media buying tasks related to the contracting authority's ongoing and prominent communication-marketing campaigns. The bidder is required to provide the following services to the contracting authority according to the details included in the technical description and the price table of the procurement documents: - Preparation of a media plan - Media buying - PPC campaign setup and optimization, A/B testing, Conversion tracking setup - Reporting (monthly report, ad hoc campaign report) - Campaign management. According to the detailed description in the technical specifications, the so-called 'Basic Package' includes the following tasks: 1. Preparation of a media plan 2. Media buying 3. PPC campaign setup and optimization 4. Campaign management 5. A/B testing 6. Conversion tracking setup 7. Monthly and ad hoc report - in Hungarian and English. According to the detailed description in the technical specifications, the tasks not included in the 'Basic Package' are: 1. Campaign closure report - in Hungarian and English 2. Dashboard creation and maintenance 3. Benchmark-based campaign analysis and recommendations. According to the details in the technical specifications, the bidder is required to provide professional consulting in the following fields: 1. Media planning expert 2. PPC expert / ad manager 3.
