The object of this framework agreement is the selection of suppliers, the fixing of prices and the establishment of those bases that will govern contracts derived from supplies, as established in articles 221 and 222 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts, which transposes into Spanish law the directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23 / EU and 2014/24 / EU, of February 26, 2014 (hereinafter, LCSP), for the supply and installation of electrical connections for the telecommunications network of the Xunta de Galicia managed by Retegal.

The object of this framework agreement is the selection of suppliers, the fixing of prices and the establishment of those bases that will govern contracts derived from supplies, as established in articles 221 and 222 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts, which transposes into Spanish law the directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23 / EU and 2014/24 / EU, of February 26, 2014 (hereinafter, LCSP), for the supply and installation of electrical connections for the telecommunications network of the Xunta de Galicia managed by Retegal.

This framework agreement establishes the conditions that will apply, during the period of validity, for the successive delivery of the electrical connections to the aforementioned participants, fixing a unit price, without the total number of units and locations being precisely defined at the time of concluding the framework agreement, since deliveries are subordinate to Retegal's needs, which are determined in turn by the deployment of broadband on behalf of the Xunta de Galicia, without contractors being able to demand certain quantities or minimum amounts as a condition of supply.

The award of the framework agreement shall determine the suppliers from whom the goods are to be acquired by the contracting authority by means of derivative contracts subsequently concluded.
