The purpose of the contract is to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery to the Purchaser's headquarters of brand new consumables for the renovation of the sewage network by the long sleeve method, detailed below.

1. Tight-fitting felt sleeve

DN 200/6 mm, length = 12,000 running meters

DN 250/7 mm, length = 4,000 m

DN 300/7 mm, length = 6,000 linear meters

DN 400/9 mm, length = 2,000 linear meters

DN 500/11 mm, length = 1,000 linear meters

a. Material: needle felt,

b. Execution: welding method. The customer does not allow sewing the sleeve,

c. Finishing: covering with a layer of flexible polyurethane with a thickness of min. 500 microns. The Employer does not allow sticking a PU layer or fixing it in a different technology than by extrusion,

d. The sleeve is to be prepared as ordered for a specific diameter with an accuracy of ± 5 mm in diameter.

2. Epoxy resin - 103,000 kg

a. Physical state: liquid,

b. Color: colorless,

c. Flash point:> 150 about C

d. Density: (at 25 about C) = 1.16 g / cm 3 (± 5%),

e. Dynamic viscosity: ≈ 1400 mPas,

f. Insolubility in water.

3. Hardener - 28 800 kg

a. Physical state: liquid,

b. Color: colorless,

c. Flash point:> 100 about C

d. Density: (at 25 about C) = 0.96 c / cm 3 (± 5%),

e. Dynamic viscosity: ≈ 65 mPas,

f. Insolubility in water.

4. PU foil - 10 m 2

5. Adhesive for PU foil - 10 liters
