The subject of the contract is the expansion of the Data Processing Center of the Court of Appeal in Krakow through the supply of servers and the expansion of disk arrays divided into the following parts of the contract: Part 1: Supply of 2 (two) dedicated servers for AI applications Part 2: Expansion of computing power through the supply of a blade server or supply of equivalent servers and blade enclosures Part 3: Expansion of disk arrays or supply of 2 (two) equivalent disk arrays

Supply of 2 (two) dedicated servers for AI applications.
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 2 (two) servers for AI applications. 2. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the Contracting Authority's headquarters - i.e. ul. Przy rondzie 3, 31-547 Kraków. 3. The detailed specification of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) and Annex 2.1 to the SWZ - Technical Parameters. 4. The conditions for the implementation of the Agreement are contained in the template of the agreement included in Annex 8a to the SWZ. 5. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor submit with the offer the following relevant evidence: 1) Certificate regarding the PN-EN ISO 9001 standard or equivalent for the manufacturer of the offered device; 2) EU declaration of conformity or equivalent for the offered device; 3) CPU test according to the requirements of point 3 Table 1 in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ; 4) Document (catalog card, manufacturer’s statement, or statement from the authorized representative of the manufacturer) confirming the offered parameters in the scope indicated in the SWZ. 5) Statement from the server manufacturer confirming compliance with the requirements specified in point 12 Table 1 in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ.

Expansion of computing power through the supply of a blade server or supply of equivalent servers and blade enclosures.
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 blade server TYP_1 UCS 210c M7 Intel Xeon 8562Y+ (vsan ready node) configured as per the Contractor's existing UCSX‑210C‑M7 servers, or the supply of 8 equivalent blade servers and 2 equivalent blade enclosures. 2. The detailed specification of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) and Annex 2.2 to the SWZ - Technical Parameters. 3. The conditions for the implementation of the Agreement are contained in the template of the agreement included in Annex 8b to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority under Part 2 provides for the use of the right of option based on Article 441 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law. Under the right of option, the Contractor will additionally supply one piece of a blade server with parameters described in Annex 2.2 to the SWZ according to OPZ (Annex 2 to the SWZ) along with warranty and manufacturer support services. 5. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor submit with the offer the following relevant evidence: 1) Certificate regarding the PN-EN ISO 9001 standard or equivalent for the manufacturer of the offered device; 2) EU declaration of conformity or equivalent for the offered device; 3) CPU test according to the requirements of point 4 Table 1 in Annex 2.2 to the SWZ; 4) Printouts from websites in accordance with the requirements of point 9 Table 1 in Annex 2.2 to the SWZ; 5) Document (catalog card, manufacturer’s statement, or statement from the authorized representative of the manufacturer) confirming the offered parameters as specified in the SWZ.

Expansion of disk arrays or the supply of 2 (two) equivalent disk arrays.
1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of disk arrays or supply of 2 (two) equivalent disk arrays. 2. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the contract to the Contracting Authority's headquarters in Krakow, ul. Przy Rondzie 3, 31-547 Kraków. 3. The detailed specification of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) and Annex 2.3 to the SWZ - Technical Parameters. 4. The conditions for the implementation of the Agreement are contained in the template of the agreement included in Annex 8c to the SWZ. 5. In the case of the delivery of two equivalent arrays, the Contractor must take into account the technical parameters described in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). 6. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor submit with the offer the following relevant evidence: 1) Statement from the hardware manufacturer or its official representative in Poland, confirming that the offered upgrade elements (i.e., disk shelves and disks) are fully compatible and can be operational in the Contracting Authority's Huawei Dorado disk arrays without causing any risk of disrupting the operation of the cluster. 2) Statement from the manufacturer or its official representative in Poland, confirming that: a) The offered equipment comes from an authorized distribution channel of the manufacturer; b) The Contractor is authorized to sell this equipment in Poland; c) The manufacturer provides full service and warranty support for the offered equipment. 3) In the case of offering an equivalent solution, the Contractor shall provide documentation as referred to in point 17 Table 2 in Annex 2.3 to the SWZ.
