The object of this public supply contract is the supply of a 26T 350 hp truck, of the type of 120 kNm crane of 10 m and of the type of 15T container lift for the teams of workers in the Commune of Pont-à-Celles.

A complete description of the 26T 350 HP truck type, the 120 kNm 10 m crane type and the 15T container lift type is included in the technical clauses of these specifications.

The tenderer will indicate in its bid the time for the supply of the complete truck starting from the sending of the award notification.

This contract contains the following ancillary services:

Service and labour to provide maintenance for a period of 48 calendar months of the truck, crane and container lifter;

Labor and supply of original spare parts for repairs.

These ancillary services must be provided for a period of 48 calendar months from the date of delivery of the vehicles to the Contracting Authority.

The maintenance service is annual and tacitly renewable for a period of 4 years.

Part of this contract will be executed on the basis of partial orders for the provision of labor in the agency, the supply of original spare parts and the movement of a technician (mobile service) to ensure the repairs of the various superstructures (truck, crane and container lift) in the event of breakage or accident.

These partial orders will be carried out without the contracting authority having to justify their quantity or frequency. That is to say as and when needed. No minimum or maximum quantity is guaranteed.
