The Contracting Authority shall enter into an agreement with one (1) tenderer who can deliver transport services for the libraries in accordance with the requirement specification (see Annex 1). The assignment shall include transport of library materials to and from the libraries in the BØVAT area (the counties of Akershus, Buskerud, Telemark, Vestfold and Østfold), and to all libraries with national borrowing numbers in Norway and abroad.
