1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of training for students of vocational education schools. Trainings are carried out as part of the project 'Vocational Education for the Needs of the Economy 4.0 and Circular Economy', no. FEPD.08.02-IZ.00-0005/24, co-financed by the European Funds for Podlasie 2021-2027 from the resources of the European Social Fund PLUS. The project is implemented by a partnership consisting of:
• Association of the Białystok Functional Area – Lead Partner,
• Białystok Foundation for Staff Education,
• City of Białystok,
• Białystok County.
During the execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged to comply with applicable European Union legal regulations, including in particular the rules regarding the eligibility of expenses, personal data protection (GDPR), and horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities.
The order is divided into 8 parts, namely:

PART III - Ecological floristry - creating compositions with respect for nature, using local and natural materials;

PART VII - Potential of Circular Economy for businesses and organizations;
