The procurement involves a framework agreement for the design, implementation, maintenance, and development services of road traffic technical control systems as specified in the procurement documents.
The framework agreement is divided into four different areas:

CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract period starts from the signing of the framework agreement and is valid for a fixed term until January 31, 2029. After the fixed-term contract period, the contract may continue on an option period basis, with the option period being one year long. The contract automatically ends if it has not been terminated or if the option period has not been activated.
SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
The anticipated maximum value excluding VAT for Area 1 is 8,000,000 euros, including any potential option period. The anticipated maximum value excluding VAT for Area 2 is 8,000,000 euros, including any potential option period. The anticipated maximum value excluding VAT for Area 3 is 12,000,000 euros, including any potential option period. The anticipated maximum value excluding VAT for Area 4 is 6,000,000 euros, including any potential option period.
The total anticipated maximum value excluding VAT for the entire framework agreement is 34,000,000 euros, including any potential option period.
LOT-0001
Area 1: Design tasks for technical systems of the road.
The assignments in this area may include electrical, automation, telecommunications, and lighting design tasks at the pre-design, general design, or construction design levels for road traffic technical systems. The scope of the projects varies from individual traffic monitoring points to the design of technical systems in tunnels.

LOT-0002
Area 2: Implementation tasks for road traffic technical systems.
Assignments in this area may include software integration and design tasks during the implementation of road traffic technical systems, as well as equipment purchases. The scope of the projects varies from small monitoring points to the implementation of technical systems in tunnels.

Area 3: Maintenance tasks for road traffic technical systems.
System-specific assignments in this area include monitoring and on-call tasks during the maintenance of road traffic technical systems.
