Description:
The project involves creating and implementing a procurement portal that digitally manages the entire procurement process, enhances collaboration among stakeholders, ensures structured documentation, and allows for automated analysis while integrating with existing systems.

The subject of the service includes the provision and implementation of a procurement portal that uniformly and digitally represents the entire procurement process from the identification of needs to the placement of orders without any media discontinuity. The procurement portal enables the future complete processing and handling of all procurement processes within the system. The creation and submission of the assembled tender documents as well as relevant information, including all bidder communication, takes place directly through the procurement portal. A central element is the introduction and use of a digital tender file that ensures structured and traceable documentation. Furthermore, the future procurement portal should provide a platform that allows workflow-based and collaborative cooperation between internal procuring areas, external partners, and GF-SE. The process documentation should take place within the portal. The aim is to harmonize the procurement processes and the templates used to increase efficiency and consistency within the organization. Additionally, the portal supports the automated generation of statistics for analysis and evaluation of the procurement processes. Finally, in one of the expansion phases, the procurement portal should be connected to both the ERP system and the existing supplier portal via interfaces.

Optional other municipal housing companies are allowed to also implement and use the procurement portal.

Additionally, the portal supports the automated generation of statistics for analyzing and evaluating the procurement processes. Ultimately, in one of the expansion stages, the procurement portal should be linked to both the ERP system and the existing supplier portal via interfaces.
Optional, other municipal housing companies are granted the opportunity to also implement and use the procurement portal.
