For the new building of IKC Het Kristal, the H3O Education Foundation is looking for an integral design team, in which at least the disciplines of architecture, installation advice, construction advice and building physics are represented. One team that is able to achieve a fully tailored, sustainable and multifunctional design.

IKC Het Kristal will house a primary school, a gym, a day-care center and after-school care. According to current insights, the IKC will comprise a total of approximately 3,000 m2 GFA and will be situated on a relatively small plot.
