The purpose of this contract is to carry out a thermal study aimed at establishing proposals for quantified and reasoned solutions for energy optimization of an existing building.

The expected missions are: To establish a detailed thermal study of an (existing) real estate programTo draw up the recommendations of works, they will aim to reduce the consumption of heating, domestic hot water, ventilation and auxiliaries. Three scenarios will be proposed. For example, the three scenarios will correspond to the following objectives: - Eradicate the E/F/G labels and obtain the D label in DPE and ThCE-Ex- Obtain the C label in DPE and ThCE-Ex- Obtain the BBC Rénovation label (CEP < 104 kWhep/m².year) or, in Paris, the highest level of the Climate Plan (CEP < 80 kWhep/m².year or gain > 60%). To determine the capacity to integrate renewable energies as well as advice on the choice between collective or individual heating and DHW equipment. To establish an estimate of the expenses of the existing state and for each scenario provide an estimate of the financing that can be mobilized.
