The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting and seed production, selection, nursery, tourism and cleaning to be carried out in the Rytel Forest District in 2024.

The implementation of the works included in the subject matter of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forestry – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forestry works included in the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the appendices included in Appendix 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement shall be specified in the Order referred to in section 3.3.1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area. A detailed description of the standard of the technology for the execution of works included in the procurement is included in Appendix 3 to the Terms of Reference.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50 % of the value of this contract.
