The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Department for Development (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) shall enter into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers for the delivery of measurements, simulations and analyses of wind, wave and current data and services thereof.

The aim of the framework agreement is to assist the Contracting Authority with mapping, modelling and analysing processes connected to assignments assumed that the Contracting Authority does not have the capacity to carry out the work internally.

The framework agreement is divided into 5 lots:

Lot 1. Collection of wind and other meteorological data

Lot 2. Collection of oceanographic data

Lot 3. Analysing and modelling wind and other meteorological parameters.

Lot 4. Analysing and modelling waves.

Lot 5. Analysing and modelling current and other oceanography

The aim is to enter into identical parallel framework agreements with 2-3 tenderers for each lot
