The purpose of the framework service agreement is to maintain heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations at the headquarters of CPAM 92 located in the MB15 building located at 26 boulevard de Pesaro in Nanterre (92000). The holder is subject to an obligation of result. This contract includes:

- maintenance of technical installations,

- supply of equipment and spare parts.

It is a framework service agreement, one-off and executed by the issuance of purchase orders, pursuant to Article 78 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public procurement. The purchase orders are executed as and when required by the CPAM 92. The contract is passed without minimum or maximum, in application of the article 78 II-3 of the decree nº 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets.
