The investment includes the following construction works:

a. expansion and construction of the provincial road;

b. Construction of the junction of the provincial road no 703 with the national road no. 72;

c. reconstruction and extension of National Road 72;

d. Construction of the intersection of the new course of the provincial road with the previous course of the road (planned county road);

e. construction of an additional roadway for communication handling of parcels;

f. construction of sidewalks;

g. construction and reconstruction of descents along with covered ditches;

h. construction of a road culvert integrated with the passage for amphibians;

i. construction of drainage: drainage ditches, stormwater drainage system;

j. construction of an infiltration and retention tank;

k. Construction of road lighting;

l. demolition and construction of the SN overhead line and construction of the SN cable line;

m. reconstruction of the water supply network;

n. reconstruction of the electricity network;

o. Reconstruction of the teletechnical network;

p. Construction of a technological channel;

q. construction of an acoustic screen;

the performance of horizontal and vertical marking.

1. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 121, the Contracting Authority reserves the obligation to personally perform key tasks relating to: the performance of bituminous layers of the roadway structure (basic substructure layer and binding and abrasive layer).

With regard to key tasks reserved for personal performance by the Contractor, the Contractor shall not rely on the capacity of the resource sharing entity, under the principles laid down in Article 118 (1) of the Pzp Act, in order to demonstrate the fulfilment of the relevant conditions of participation in the proceedings.

2. The Contracting Authority shall apply the procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act (i.e. the so-called reverse procedure). In the first instance, the Contracting Authority shall examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been highest assessed in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions of participation in the proceedings.

3. In accordance with Article 310 (1), the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of annulment of the procedure in question if the funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

4. The Awarding Entity does not provide for an electronic auction.

5. The Contracting Authority shall not conduct proceedings to conclude a framework agreement.

6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the selection of the most advantageous offer with the possibility

7. The Contractor is obliged to contribute a defect of: 353 500,00 PLN.

8. Pursuant to Art.95 Pzp, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor/Subcontractor employ persons pursuant to the contract of employment during the execution of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974. — Labour Code. i.e. employed persons pursuant to an employment contract performing activities during the execution of the contract, covering in particular those listed in point II.1.4), with the exception of persons performing independent technical functions in construction and persons carrying out activities related to carrying out surveying work, design work, including environmental studies, measurement works in the field of power networks and lighting equipment.

9. The Contracting Authority provides for the award, within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract, to the existing contractor of services or works, of a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services or works in accordance with the subject of the basic contract, to the amount of 5 893 185,88 PLN net.

10. The Contractor shall be bound by the offer for a period of 90 days.
