The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory furniture and social and living furniture for the needs of SP ZOZ of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz as part of the task entitled: "Lodz Toxicology Center", in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract – guidelines in part B SWZ.
The task is divided into two packages.
Package 1 – laboratory furniture
Package No. 2 – social and living furniture
A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is specified in part B to the Terms of Contract Specification (SWZ), i.e. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT, "FORM, PARAMETERS - TECHNICAL", quantities given in the "PRICE FORM", Annex 2 to the offer.
