Framework agreement for the management of the d?? urban work and mastery of ? urban and technical work for the operation Hippodrome / Lu / Bobin on the communes of Ris-Orangis and Bondoufle

the mission subject of these specifications consists in urban and technical design, in the general coordination of the realization of development operations on the Lu, Bobin and Hippodrome sectors located in the municipalities of RIS-ORANGIS and BONDOUFLE (91). The different sectors are not at equivalent stages of operationality. However, the urban project will have to be thought of as a single entity with successive phases of realization while opening the possibility to programmatic evolutions.
