Thermomodernization of the building of the Center for Vocational and Continuing Education (former ZSP No. 19) Building B at ul. Żeromskiego 115, Łódź 90-542, which includes range:

1) insulation of external walls;

2) insulation of basement walls;

3) insulation of the flat roof together with accompanying works;

4) replacement of external doors and windows in accordance with applicable regulations;

5) replacement of the central heating installation;

6) replacement of the lightning protection system;

7) works associated with thermomodernization;

8) renovation of the basement of Building B in accordance with UNI-FORM documentation;

9) cleaning / unblocking sewage wells located at Building B.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in the Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.

The general scope includes:

1) insulation of external walls;

2) insulation of basement walls to the foundation bench with waterproofing;

3) insulation of the flat roof together with accompanying works;

4) replacement of external doors and windows in accordance with applicable regulations

(before ordering joinery, the dimensions should be checked in the light of the structural walls, taking into account the external and internal jambs; in the case of significant differences, the jamb dimensions should be adapted to the replaced joinery);

5) replacement of the installation every:

a) installation sections, which should be insulated, laid flush-mounted in existing openings remaining after dismantling the existing installation. Alternatively, it is allowed to lead the risers on the surface and make the casing from plasterboard. external joints of kg panels (corners) should be secured with a perforated aluminum corner embedded in plaster, then the housing should be putty and painted;

b) radiator housings should be dismantled and new ones installed in their place (in the gym);

6) replacement of the lightning protection system;

7) works associated with thermomodernization:

a) making a new band around the building as described in the design;

b) restoration of external stairs as described in the design;

c) replacement of gutters, flashings, flashings, downpipes, external window sills;

d) installation of new window grilles on the model of the existing ones, opened in accordance with applicable regulations and standards (including installation of elements for opening and closing them, e.g. a padlock);

e) renovation of all chimneys, installation of new ventilation and chimney chimneys, steam chimneys, etc .;

f) dismantling of old and installation of new external lamps;

g) replacement of ventilation grilles and inspection doors;

h) installation of roofs over the building entrances (stylized);

i) filling defects in bricks and wall fragments;

8) renovation of the basement of Building B in accordance with UNI-FORM documentation;

9) cleaning / unblocking sewage wells located at Building B.

On the right Art. 29 paragraph 3a paragraph Pzp Order. requires employment by the Contractor or sub-contractor. on the right employment contracts for persons performing the services indicated by the Order. activities in the field of the contract, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in a manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Code. work (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended), i.e. activities of construction workers. performing works related to the execution of. orders.

The scope of work of persons performing activities in the field of the contract indicated by the Employer and the manner of the document. zatrudn. these people and the Employer's rights in the field of control of compliance by the Contractor with requirements and sanctions for non-compliance have been specified. in the Description of Order. (Annex No. 1 to the ToR) and in wz. contracts, in particular in § 5 and § 11 para. 2 (Annex No. 7 to the ToR).
