1. The subject of the Order is the provision of public transport services (regular transport as part of local public transport, i.e. public transport) on line 165 in Gdynia and the municipality of Kosakowo, by three low-floor city buses, according to the timetable constituting Annex 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Contract.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the Order is the provision of public transport services (regular transport as part of local public transport, i.e. public transport) on line 165 in Gdynia and the municipality of Kosakowo, by three low-floor city buses, according to the timetable attached to the Description of the Subject of the Contract. The order includes the service of the following brigades:
• 165/1, 165/3 – on weekdays from Monday to Friday in the period 04.09.2023 – 30.09.2023, by two buses,
• 165/1, 165/2, 165/3 – on weekdays from Monday to Friday in the period 01.10.2023 – 31.12.2026, by three buses.
2. Estimated number of vehicle-kilometers during the Order period: 656.258.
3. Order completion date: 4 September 2023 – 31 December 2026
4. The provision of services is to be carried out by three low-floor city buses, such as:
• MV – with a length from 11.01 m to 13.50 m, or
• PN – length from 17.50 m,
satisfying (strictly required by the Ordering Party):
• conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022), and
technical and functional parameters specified in the OPZ.
5. The Ordering Party allows the provision of services:
• until the last day of the calendar month in which the 90th day from the date of signing the contract falls,
• in relation to not more than 5% of vehicle-kilometres planned for a given calendar month – in subsequent months,
reserve vehicles, i.e. low-floor city buses of the following types:
• MV – with a length from 11.01 m to 13.50 m, or
• PN – length from 17.50 m,
satisfying (strictly required by the Ordering Party):
• conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022), and
technical and functional parameters specified in the OPZ.
