The object of the order is a service consisting of the collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the Municipality of Modliborzyce and from the Selective Collection Point

Municipal Waste (PSZOK), which is located in the Waste Purification Plant in Modliborzyce at 4A Piłsudskiego Street. Receipt of large-sized waste, electrical and electronic waste, construction and demolition waste and used tyres should be planned once a year. Bulk waste will need to be collected from the point indicated by the contracting authority. Waste to this point residents provide in their own right. The collection of municipal waste will be carried out within 12 months. The service also includes supplying the property with bags intended for selective municipal waste collection.

Municipal waste will be collected by fraction: mixed municipal waste; biowaste; paper and cardboard and packaging waste from paper and cardboard; colourless and colourless glass; glass packaging waste from glass; metals and packaging waste from metals, plastics and waste from waste from metals, plastics and waste plastic packaging and multi-plant waste. Detailed classification of waste types included in individual fractions can be found in paragraph 20.5. Individual waste fractions should be collected in containers and bags

in the corresponding colors:

1) blue — marked with PAPIER, intended for paper and cardboard waste and packaging waste from paper and cardboard,

2) green — marked with the inscription SCHOOL, intended for waste from colourless glass

and colourful and packaging waste of glass,

3) yellow — marked with METALS AND ARTICLE FACE, intended for metal waste and packaging waste from metals, plastics and plastic packaging waste, and multi-plant packaging waste,

4) brown — marked with BIO, intended for biowaste constituting municipal waste,

5) black (container or bag) or green (container) or metal —

for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste.

6.Selectively collected waste collection bags shall be provided by the Contractor and delivered to the sites indicated by the Contracting Authority.
