The following operations:

Will include:

— Emergency repair service (including out of hours),

— General responsive repairs services,

— Minor batched repairs,

— Void repair and improvements (inc. Gas servicing and Landlords Certification),

— Minor Aids and adaptations.

The works specifically exclude gas servicing and all related gas/heating works (not voids) and planned maintenance as these are being contracted separately.

The form of contract will be the JCT Measured Term Contract 2011 with amendments.
