Preliminary remark: Gewobag needs support from external consultants in finding and implementing a strategy. Gewobag would like to see the focus on supporting the content of the identification and further development of its strategic orientation. In addition, the developed strategic approaches are to be accompanied by consultants in their implementation in order to ensure maximum implementation success.
Gewobag assumes that there is a need for the following consultant days per lot per year:
