The purpose of this contract is the management of the SPECIALIST ASSISTANCE SERVICE FOR THE SCHOOL INTEGRATION OF DISABLED PUPILS.

The service is aimed at pupils referred to in Article 3, paragraph 3, of Law no. 104/92, who are resident in the Municipality of Sanremo and attend state schools of municipal competence (kindergarten, primary and secondary school) that insist on the city territory, reported by the School Authority and certified by the Local Health Authority (hereinafter ASL).

The contract includes the management of the service at every stage, as specified in the special tender conditions.
