Recruitment of a project management team composed necessarily and at least of a representative architect, having references in energy rehabilitation and a fluid design office specializing in thermal studies and having references in energy rehabilitation.

The consultation is open to architects standing alone if they have all the skills within the architectural firm. These skills are mandatory and must be clearly expressed in the application file under penalty of exclusion. The architect must be the agent, he may possibly subcontract the associated skills required for the fluid design office but must present them as such as soon as the application is submitted (all supporting documents).
