The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

- supplying end-user ICT hardware (laptops and desktops) and accessories (mice, keyboards, monitors, etc.),

- handling warranty and service on end-user hardware,

- unpacking, placing, engraving, registering or labeling end-user ICT hardware.

The conclusion of this framework agreement does not lead to a purchase obligation and / or a minimum purchase obligation of the ICT Hardware. If no suitable offer for the relevant request can be made by the contracted party under this framework agreement, OZHW has the right to outsource the relevant request to another market party.

The scope of the contract is a maximum of EUR 500,000 per year including VAT.

No rights can be derived from these amounts.
